This month marks a significant milestone: Ford Philanthropy is celebrating 75 years of strengthening communities and helping build a better world.

Nearly 1,800 Ford Finance team members from around the world came together for the first Global Finance Community Service Day.

As we celebrate 75 years of Ford Philanthropy, Global Caring Month highlights Ford's legacy of caring and partnering with communities around the world to move people forward and upward.

This past year, the Future Role Models program connected 1,480 female university students with tech leaders, offering a free, 9-week training that helped them emerge as well-rounded future leaders.

This year, the Ford Philanthropy Fellowship supported 47 passionate entrepreneurs, who are helping transform communities across the U.S., Germany, Mexico, China, Romania, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.
